New Patients at Weston Creek Chiropractic Centre
Weston Creek Chiropractic Centre is professional, warm and friendly, and we look forward to welcoming you to our practice. We ask that you arrive 5-10 minutes early to complete our new patient paperwork, and please bring any scans or reports from recent imaging or tests you’ve done.
Your First Visit
After we’ve welcomed you and made you feel at home, you’ll meet with your chiropractors. They’ll go over your complete health history, paying particular attention to your current condition and your goals for care. Armed with this knowledge, they’ll proceed with the examination, which will include a spinal assessment and range of motion tests.
At this point, your chiropractor will explain to you what they’ve found and how these issues may contribute to your pain or other symptoms. They’ll outline their recommendations for care going forward. If you are ready to begin—and if there are no contraindications—we’ll begin your care at this visit.
If our consultation or examination reveals your problem is not chiropractic, we will let you know and make appropriate referrals to help you get the care you need. Also, while X-rays are not typically required for our care, if your chiropractor feels they are needed to properly diagnose your issue, we will refer you out for those.
Ongoing Care
After three to four adjustments we reasses your progress and may make alterations to your care plan at this point. There is no one-size-fits-all approach to care here!
